If a project has not received any new clicks in 15 business days, Prodege peeq will automatically transition the project to a 'Complete' status from ‘Live’ or ‘Paused’ All alerts are sent to project managers assigned to the project.
- Live projects are automatically 'Paused' when the project has not received a click in 5 business days and the project manager associated with the project is notified via email.
- A reminder email is sent after 10 days of inactivity
- After a total of 15 business days of inactivity, the project is updated to ’Complete’ Status and an email notification is sent to the PM associated with the project.
